Hospital & Appointment Support
This one is booked in advance rather than called for in an emergency. You schedule a paramedic to go with you to a hospital admission, a procedure, or a specialist appointment — somebody who speaks both languages, follows what is being said, and can ask the questions you would not know to ask.
How you get this
Included with membership, or available at member rates. Not a member yet? Enrolling takes one phone call.
There is a real gap here. You can be perfectly capable and still lose the thread in a consultation held in Spanish about your own body — particularly when you are anxious, in pain, or being handed something to sign. Our medic translates what you are being told, gives the treating doctor the clinical background they need, and makes sure you leave understanding the plan instead of nodding along to it.
Because it is scheduled, we can staff it properly without pulling a crew off emergency cover. Book it when you book the appointment.
One distinction worth making: if we transport you in an emergency, our crew already hands the receiving hospital a clear clinical summary and notifies your family as part of that call — that is included. This service is the longer version, where somebody stays with you through the visit.
