E.M.T.S.ADVANCED LIFE SUPPORT
Panamanian firefighters, national service personnel, and ambulance crews at the end of an EMTS training course

Community Support

Not everything we do carries an invoice. When capacity allows, we host classes and training for Panamanian public safety — police, firefighters, national service personnel, and ambulance crews — because the responder who reaches a casualty before we do decides most of what happens next.

Giving back where we can.

Tactical casualty care for police

Bleeding control, care under fire, and casualty extraction, taught to officers who may be the only medical capability present when it matters.

Courses for fire and ambulance services

Trauma management, airway, and resuscitation training run alongside Bomberos, national service personnel, and public ambulance crews.

Joint exercises with local responders

Shared scenarios with the agencies we would be standing beside on a real call, so the first joint operation is not the real one.

Equipment and protocol guidance

We are always glad to talk through kit, tourniquets, and protocols — ask, and we will tell you what we know.

If you lead a police unit, a fire station, or a public service team, get in touch. We host what we can, when we can — our first duty is to the community we cover, so it depends on capacity. But we would always rather have the conversation than not.

Giving back

This is our country too.

EMTS is a Panamanian company. When we have the capacity, we put it back into the services around us — hosting classes for police, firefighters, and public ambulance crews, running joint exercises, and turning up where we can be useful. It is not marketing. It is most of the reason people take this work in the first place.

Want to talk about training for your unit?

Get in touch. We host what we can, when we can — and there is never any obligation.
